It's conference championship week in the NFL with the AFC Championship between the Cheifs and Bills on Sunday Night and the NFC Championship between the Commanders and Eagles earlier that day. Which teams have the most pressure?

 

Liam Cohen was hired by the Jaguars after originally turniung down the job, and Pete Carroll was hired by the Las Vegas Raiders for their HC role, leaving only the Saints and Cowboys left with vacancies.
